Potentilla, herbaceous plant of the Rosaceae, is widespread in Europe and Italy especially in its annual version and can also become a weed if herbaceous. As a bush or shrub, it is more pleasant and appreciated. In truth, since ancient times it has been a much loved plant for its healing qualities. Its name derives from the Latin "potens", precisely because it is used in Europe and Asia, its places of origin, as a theonic or as an astringent. Potentilla: plant and its characteristics
